An Enlightening Maraz at Surat Ashara Mubaraka: “Saqafat al-Matbakh al-Zaki” “The Culture of Smart Kitchens”
This year Surat was bestowed the azeem sharaf of hosting al-Dai al-Ajal Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin’s TUS first Ashara Mubaraka after his coronation. And like al-Dai la-Ajal al-Hay al-Muqaddas Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA he filled mumineen’s vessels with innumerable barakaat. Along with everyday waaz Mubarak many programs and exhibitions were held in Surat for mumineen to benefit from it. One such unique exhibition, an initiative by Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah was

Portraying a complete guideline for an exemplary kitchen, mumineen who attended Ashara Mubaraka widely benefitted from it.
The exhibition was divided into 6 sections:
- First section’s purpose was to cognize the audience with the fact that the tasty and healthy food that we eat every day and we are served in Ashara Mubaraka is not produced easily. But it takes various steps for the final product that is food to reach us.
- The second section comprised of the information of how we could stay healthy by eating on right time, how to eat, how much to eat and what to eat. At the end of the section all viewers were required to take a blood sugar test.
- For a person to adhere to all 4 guidelines mentioned above he would require a healthy and hygienic kitchen. This section informed everyone of how should a kitchen of mumin’s house should be.
- This section displayed the main purpose of the exhibition. It was to acquaint all Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah khidmat guzaars and mumineen on the different divisions a kitchen in Faizul Mawaidil burhaniyah should consist of.
- Also critically important is to properly maintain the kitchen, therefore section 5 acquainted all viewers on important health and hygiene guidelines for the kitchen.
- The final section and probably the most important of all was “The Khidmat Section”. A section in which every mumin was instructed to do khidmat in Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah, even if it was in the tiniest way possible, because doing khidmat in Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah directly relates a mumin to eternal barakaat that Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin showers upon every mumin day and night. The Maaraz also included sections of Hasanaat al-Qard al-Hasan al-Burhaniyah, Tijaarat Rabeha and Mahad al-Hasanaat al-Burhaniyah.
