For countless weeks, an online web seminar was held with Ummaal Kiraam of Bilaad Imaniyah in which they were provided with guidelines on how to create a Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah committee. After these seminars Ummaal Kiraam did Araz to Huzur-e-Aala TUS to bestow Raza Mubarak to all members that Ummaal Kiraam selected for khidmat and for Huzur-e-Aala TUS to bestow his benedictions on them so that they can perform khidmat with same zeal and devotion as per expectations of Huzur-e-Aala TUS.
After this in 187 Mawaze where Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah is going exceptionally well, 1600 members attended Induction Seminars.
Following was the schedule of the program:
- Program started will Bayaan Mubarak from Wasila Mubarak of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA and the Bayanaat Mubaraka of Huzur-e-Aala TUS from Jamnagar, Mumbai Ashara Mubaraka, Nasik and Surendarnagar Waaz Mubarak.
- Khitaab of al-Syed al-Ajal Shehzada Husain BS DM which comprised on guidelines for Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah. The Khitaab consisted of following points:
- The food should be home like,
- Maximum mumineen and their children should be prepared for Khidmat,
- All Faziul Mawaid transactions should be strictly on cash not credit,
- It should be a medium of upliftment for mumineen,
- Faizul Mawaid should not have a V.C concept, it should strictly be on Niyaaz system,
- Importance should be given to hygiene.
- Qasr-e-Aali Sahebo and Khidmat Guzaars also reflected from Kutub-al-Dawat about the importance of serving of food.
- Shk Zoeb Bhai Haidery conducted the Induction Training. Following points were discussed:
- The magnitude of khidmat of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah,
- How is the khidmat of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah a Nemat,
- How can we enhance and fortify our current Faizul Mawaid operations,
- It is a way to obtain Khushi of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA and Huzur-e-Aala TUS,
- What are roles and responsibilities of khidmat guzaars in different departments of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah,
- Adherence to all Farmaan Aaliyah of Huzur-e-Aala TUS,
- Comprehend the spirituality of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah as per our ability,
- There are lots of functions going on in Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah. Therefore maximum number of mumineen muminaat and their children should participate.
- What are the eternal, transient and behavioral benefits of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah,
- How Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah is an ideal way for upliftment.
- How will the members excel and lead in all these aspects of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah’s khidmat, and what qualities a leader should possess were also discussed in the training.
- How should the Khidmat Guzaars of Faizul Mawaid Burhaniyah excel in:
- Preparing home like food,
- Collecting funds for Niyaaz,
- Purchasing raw material,
- Delivering thaalis,
- Muminaat’s role in making roti,
- Cleanliness in Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah processes,
- Prevention from Moharramaat,
- The points mention above was also explained in this one day training session.
All Ummaal Kiraam, Masooleen and participants were gifted a certificate and model of tiffin as an appreciation for their participation in this Induction Program.
