Following the first workshop for caterers of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah in Karachi, a second workshop was organized in Yusufi Mohallah Karachi. This workshop was the continuation of the previous workshop whose theme was
“Importance of Hygiene for Improving Taste and Quality”
All the mohallahs of Karachi participated in this workshop to gain benefit for performing khidmat more efficiently in Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah.
In this workshop two topics were discussed:
Useful and Harmful Ingredients And Hygiene
in which:
- Store Maintenance and Hygiene
- Pre-cooking hygiene
- And Personal Hygiene was discussed
After two discussions a live cook took place in which white chicken roast and spinach was cooked in front of mumineen.
Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah’s secretaries, operations incharge, procurement head, mohallah’s caterers, cooks and their helpers were invited in the workshop.
