Nutritious Week in Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah – Tampa

In order to remain healthy, one must with other activities consume healthy diet. One of the goals of Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah as per Irshaad-e-Munir of Huzurala TUS is to send healthy and nutritious food in thaali.

This year, during Ayyaam al-T’abudaat al-Mubaraka, Huzurala TUS guided mumineen towards leading a healthy lifestyle, especially engaging in daily walks. In light of the Irshaad-e-Munir, to further promote healthy lifestyle, Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah – Tampa created a menu for an entire week consisting of healthy dishes. Following items were sent throughout the week:

  • Grilled Chicken
  • Lettuce Wraps
  • Bean Salad with fresh vegetables, pasta, olives and olive oil vinaigrette
  • Cauliflower Rice
  • Khichdi and Khurdi
  • Pomegranate

Along with the menu, small cards were also digitally sent detailing items present in the menu along with its benefits.
