Caterer Meeting in Khadki

During the Safar Mubarak of Huzurala TUS to Khadki, Al-Syed Al-Ajal Shehzada Taha BS Najmuddin DM conducted a short meeting with the caterers of Pune, Khadki, Kasarwadi.

Al-Syed Al-Ajal Shehzada Najmuddin Sahab DM guided participants of following points:

  • Kitchen in which food is cooked should be high standard.
  • The purpose of the keeping high standards is that food cooked should also be similar standard.
  • The purpose of the system of 1 Kharaas and 1 Mithaas is that all dishes should be cooked with equally high standard.
  • Such should be the taste and quality of the food and Pune becomes an example for other mawaze.
  • Menus sent from Vazarat Saifiyah should be implemented and efforts should be made to ensure those dishes are perfected.
  • If any mumin forces to break the system in his occasion, caterers should remain steadfast on the system and deny his request under all circumstances.
  • If there is any deviation from the system due to negligence it is the responsibility of each individual to amend it.
  • Primary focus should be on the quality and all measures should be taken to ensure no compromise is made in the regard.
  • If any mauze is violating the system, it does not mean that others should also accept it. Violating the system by one person does not make it acceptable for others.
  • If there is any disparity in the system, in shaadi jaman or other occasions, Aamil Sahab should be notified immediately.
  • Meeting concluded with Shehzada Sahab stating that a more elaborate discussion will take place on 26th Jamadil Ukhra in Ahmedabad during Caterer Ijtema there.
