Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah’s barakaat reach every household on daily basis. Khidmat guzaar daily strive to bring new innovations to Faizul Mawaidil Burhaniyah to keep the freshness and interest of mumineen alive.Ghogha in this regard, to bring innovation to their FMB, conducted a unique competition amongst mumineen, named after the world famous cooking show “Masterchef”.
On the concept of Bayaan Mubarak of Aqa Moula TUS that “For a better memory healthy diet is necessary” this competition was conducted on 30th Rabiul Akhar 1437H.
The competition consisted of 4 teams:
- Teekha Tameta
- Masaledaar Bateta
- Chapati Chaat
- Meethi Saakar
4 judging criteria were set in the competition:
- Taste
- Ingredients
- Presentation
- Cleanliness
Following is the description of the program
- Muminaat bairao went to shopping on 11:00 am. 30 minute’s time was given. Team who returned first was given bonus.
- Program started at 2:00 pm with 1st round of Desert. This round was of 40 minutes.
- 1st round was followed by 2nd round of savory dish to be cooked in 50 minutes.
- 3rd round was a switcheroo round in which the leftover batter from 2nd round was exchanged between teams randomly to create new dishes of it.
- 4th and final round was about a savory or desert prepared beforehand.
Masaledaar Bateta were the winners of this competition while Teekha Tameta were the runners-up.
