During Ayyaam al-Ta’abudaat al-Mubaraka 2 activities were carried out in Sharjah regarding roti making.
Roti Competition
On 8th of Rabi al-Akhar 30 mumineen participated in roti making competition. 30 mumineen participated in the first round, from which 15 mumineen qualified in the second on the basis of maximum rotis made in the first round.
In the second round 5 teams of 3 members each were made, who were tasked to make different types of rotis such as bajra, wheat, paratha etc. with a side dish.
The winner was declared on the best rotis and dish made. Winners were awarded with 9 pieces prestige cookware and a 1000 Dirham medical voucher.
Roti Making
On 15th Rabi al-Akhar around 400 mumineen muminaat and their farzando participated in roti making activity. Around 850 rotis were made during the activity.
